The implementation phase scrum means that Team scrum knows the set of tasks that must be executed to comply with each User story approved by the Product Owner within the Sprint Backlog that is being executed, therefore, allmembers Team scrum in the company of the scrum master must carry out permanent management to fulfill the assigned tasks and pressure the other members of the Team scrum so that they execute their tasks within the times established within the sprint thus achieving, articulate the work among the members of the Team scrum in order to generate a Product deliverable that increases its characteristics, receive Product approval from the Product Owner and increase the level of customer satisfaction.
